Woodlake is a community of 600 homes located between Fayetteville and Barbee Roads in southwest Durham, North Carolina. The Woodlake community includes 100 town homes in Lake Village Townes and Piney Wood Townes. Woodlake balances easy access to work and entertainment with the quiet, comfortable life in a community that values diversity, volunteerism, and nature.

Woodlake residents enjoy a variety of resources including swimming pool, clubhouse with meeting and exercise rooms, playground, two lakes, and over three miles of paved walking trails, as well as excellent proximity to the Research Triangle Park, Chapel Hill, and Raleigh.
