Several volunteer committees are part of the WHOA. Meeting dates and frequency vary. If you would like more information, have a question, or would like to join a committee, please use the following e-mail links:

Community Relations

  • Zoning and development issues

Architectural Review (ARC)

  • Review and approval of painting, fencing, and architectural changes, such as exterior paint changes or fence installation

Building & Grounds

  • Maintenance of clubhouse, entrances, trails, grounds, and lakes
