Names of new Homeowners are directed to the Woodlake Welcome Committee from the home purchase closing process through the WHOA management company. The length of time this process requires can vary greatly. Because the information provided by the Welcome Committee is most useful when a homeowner first arrives please do not hesitate to contact the Welcome Committee with any questions or just to let them know that you are here.
